Ashleigh Eldridge, MAS

As the owner of Needham Promotions Inc., Ashleigh leads her team by example and is excited for the growth and success of the company. She’s known for her immediacy and organizational skills, and is appreciative to have been the recipient of several business awards. In June 2020 Ashleigh received her MAS designation from the PPAI. She’s an avid reader who enjoys golf, running and working out.

Elizabeth Cromar-Needham

Elizabeth comes from an apparel merchandising background and has been with Needham Promotions Inc. for almost 20 years. She brings a unique and genuine approach to customer service and problem-solving, and you’ll recognize her friendly British accent when you speak. Hello Darling!

David Needham

David started Needham Promotions Inc. in December 1993 and he enjoys this business with the same enthusiasm today as he did 28 years ago. In 2014 he passed the baton to Ashleigh and he now enjoys the pleasure of clients’ company on deliveries. Arsenal rocks!

Carole Alexander

As an integral member of the Needham Promotions Inc. team, Carole brings 30+ years of industry experience. She loves to be up at the cottage with her husband and grandchildren in her off-time.
